Founded in 2008, Karya Computing has developed the NSS GRC software with its experienced personnel who have worked in the IT services sector for long years after having seen the demand for software in governance, risk and compliance while providing consultancy, audit and training services to corporate companies about information security, business continuity and IT services management, aiming to establish governance structures and systems with reference to industrial standards in IT field. As of 2022, it continues its operation as a software company.

In 2018, OPET won the "IDC - Best IT Governance Project of the Year in Türkiye 2018" award with the first version of the NSS GRC software which was developed as a KosGeb project in cooperation with OPET–Karya.

Located in Maraş Teknokent, Karya software team continues to develop the software with the aim of providing the highest contribution to IT processes in line with the feedback, suggestions and sectoral needs of our customers.
